The University of Pécs calls for applications for participation in the Pannónia Scholarship Program Student Mobility for Traineeship after Graduation

The object of the call for applications:
The traineeship is a period spent at an enterprise or organization in another program country, with a duration of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 months. Its aim is to assist in acquiring the skills necessary for the labor market and to understand the economic and social culture of the host country. The hosting enterprise can be active in the labor market or in the fields of education, training, or youth, with the exception of National Offices and EU agencies.
Under the Pannónia Scholarship Program, successful applicants have the opportunity to undertake professional traineeships at universities, professional organizations, and non-profit organizations in the program country. For post-graduate professional traineeships, no acceptance is required.
Students participating in traineeships abroad under the Pannónia Scholarship Program establish an active student status during the application period and begin their professional traineeship after obtaining their degree.

Duration of traineeship: min. 2 months (63 days) – max. 4 months (120 days)

Period of traineeship: 13 July 2026 – 11 December 2026.

Currency of the scholarship: HUF

Scholarship financing: 80% pre-financing, 20% post-financing (after submission of mandatory documentation).

Under the Pannónia Scholarship Program, students studying abroad:
•    spend 2-4 months abroad (min. 63 days)
•    do not have student status during the mobility
•    The conclusion of the Support Agreement is only possible if there is a Mobility  Agreement signed by all three parties. Completion and compliance with the courses agreed upon in the Mobility Agreement are binding for both the student and the institutions.

II. country group: Countries with a moderate cost of living

Who can apply?
General participation conditions:
•    the student is pursuing studies aimed at obtaining a diploma (Bachelor, Master, Undivided, PhD) at the institution at the time of application;
•    the student has a high level of communication in English and/or language competencies corresponding to the native language of the destination country (minimum B2 but recommended C1);
•    the student is allowed to participate in a study mobility period for a maximum of 12 months per academic cycle, regardless of the number or type of mobility activities;
•    students who have already participated in Erasmus+ or Pannónia study or professional internship mobilities are also eligible to apply;
•    the student must meet the application requirements announced by the faculty.

Documents to be submitted:
•    Motivation Letter (approximately 1500 characters)
•    Professional CV
•    Language certificate(s)
•    Transcript of records (2 previous semesters)
•    Certificate of professional or public activities (optional)
•    Supervisor’s recommendation
•    Acceptance letter (signed and stamped)

Deadline and method of submitting the application:
Application deadline: 16 March 2026 - 3:00 PM, on Neptun.
