Due to the compulsory summer shutdown between 3 - 8 August 2026, the following changes will take place at the University of Pécs (referred to as UP) with regards to the order and processing time of incoming payments.

• between July 31 and August 11, 2026, it will take longer than usual to record the amounts transferred to the UP bankaccount and the collective account in Neptun; the amounts transferred to the collective account between the above dates are expected to be available from 12 August 2026;
• for payments transcribed in Neptun, please give preference to the payment by credit card (Simple Pay) during this period;
• if you insist on fulfilling your payment obligation via bank transfer and wish to use the amount before August 11, 2026, then please ensure that the transfer is to be initiated before 4 PM GMT time July 30, 2026;
• during the compulsory summer shutdown, UP Cash Desks will be closed.

From 12 August 2026, the registration of payments in the Neptun system will be the same as before.
From August 1 to August 11, 2026, the processing time for invoices requested for employers will also increase.
